We do our best to get all orders shipped out within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind if you order on a Friday after 4:00PM MST, then your order may not go out until the following Monday.

Unpainted bumper orders may take within 1-5 business days to be shipped out.

Custom bumper orders may take within 40-60 business days to be shipped out.

With that said, after an item has been marked as shipped, average delivery times vary from 2-5 business days for domestic orders, and international orders vary from 7-25 business days (depending on the location, and shipping provider). Additionally, during new product launches and sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order due to high volume of orders.

 

The above times mentioned are estimates, and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been picked-up for shipping it is out of our hands and at the discretion of the chosen shipping provider. Once an order has been shipped, the order will be marked as "Shipped". Business days are Monday-Friday, and do not include weekends and holidays. SPEEDTUNE is not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. Also, please provide an accurate email at checkout, as your tracking number will automatically be sent to the email provided upon shipment. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. SPEEDTUNE is not responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor paying the additional charges to re-ship the package.
