When installing hpfp, you need a crankshaft to turn the high pressure pump camwheel. Let the high pressure oil pump be plugged to the lowest level. Let the low pressure oil pump are plugged at the lowest to install. The two screws need to be locked together at the same time. Don't twist too much of the single screw, which will damage the high pressure pressure pump and cause the shaft to break.
