Air discharge method (warning, must be properly discharged, otherwise the iat will become warm): Keep the cap opened, watch for bubbles coming up, have one person do the procedure in the car and have one person watching the coolant tank/add coolant accordingly as it goes down,Keep doing it until you don’t see bubbles anymore
If you want to reduce the IAT better, it is recommended to replace our heat exchanger and add phenolic gaskets to the manifold to block the heat transfer, which IPOS seems to sell.
*TOR pressure tests each manifold at 60-70 PSI for a period of 2-3 minutes during the Quality Control and Inspection process. The TOR manifold is not designed to operate above 60 PSI. Any users who chose to operate their vehicle with
the manifold over 60 PSI does so at their own risk. Operation at these pressure levels will void the TOR Limited Lifetime Warranty.
