TOR Turbo is excited to announce the release of our latest Stage 2+ aka the "RS" turbocharger set, designed specifically for the BMW S55 platform. This kit builds on the success and knowledge for the previous turbo projects we have made and incorporates
new technology to optimize performance and maintain factory fitment.
Our engineers utilized transient flow analysis and flow bench testing to optimize the twin scroll turbine housing, while maintaining stock fitment, stock location, and using the stock wastegates. This allows for the use of any stock fitment downpipes,
intakes, and charge pipes.You can simply transfer your factory wastegates, high performance downpipes, intake and charge pipes during the install. No custom parts are needed and all factory installation hardware and gaskets are used! Each turbocharger is VSR balanced to exceed OE tolerances with upgraded heavy-duty bearings and thrust washers. We supply reinforced silicone inlets, that are compatible with any intake system. These inlets will not collapse or deform under vacuum.
Our turbochargers are designed to move a lot of air at lower boost levels, which means you can make some serious power without over-speeding the turbos, which means reliable performance.

- Installation and tuning must be performed by a qualified professional. Factory wastegate actuators are to be transfers and MUST be calibrated using ISTA+ software before tuning. There are numerous videos about WG adjustment available on YouTube.
- Before installing the new turbo, make sure to pre-lube the turbo by dropping a couple drops of engine oil into the oil feed port to ensure CHRA is properly lubricated. After installing the turbo, run the engine at low boost for 1000-2000km to
break the turbo in before cranking up the boost.
- Just make sure to prime the engine for 4 or 5 crank cycles before you start the engine after install
